At Last! Achieve Natural Face Lift by Exercising!
Most people don't realise this but a natural face lift is a very easy thing to achieve.
My personal favourite strategy for a wrinkle free face is to set up my alarm 5 minutes earlier.
Make
your face look as though time was running backwards!
When we come into this world, our skin is smooth and soft, and completely free of wrinkles. Unfortunately, as we
age, our skin starts to lose its elasticity. In some cases wrinkles are not such a problem as the sagging skin is,
and some of us really think that it would be nice to actually have a face lift done.
Many people resort to expensive anti-aging creams. Others try frequent facial treatments and other spa “remedies.”
And the most drastic people look to things like face lift surgeries and Botox treatments.
Despite the monetary cost of such treatment, there are also a great deal of risks involved, especially when it
comes to surgery and Botox.
Though many people are unaware of it, getting a natural face lift is not only possible, but also a lot safer and
less expensive than harsh medical treatment. Through simple facial exercises and all natural facial treatments, you
can have the younger, glowing skin you’ve been wishing for, without spending a fortune.
Most of us inaccurately believe that wrinkles are merely a skin issue. The skin in your face and neck is attached
to your facial and neck muscles. As these muscles age and lose their tone, so does your skin.
Not surprisingly then, toning up your facial and neck muscles can give you a great, natural face lift.
The face contains about 60 different muscles. Toning the muscles in your face
is a safe, non-surgical method for a natural face lift.
If your face appears flabby or droopy, it is likely because the muscles in your face have become elongated and lost
their muscle tone.
Facial exercising is non-invasive,
inexpensive, and best of all, can be done in the privacy of your own home.
Here are some simple Facial Exercises you can try right away: 1. Pucker up: Pucker your lips as if
you were about to whistle. Now push your lips out as far away from your face as you can. Hold this pose
for 20 seconds and then relax and release. Repeat 9-14 more times, being certain to relax between
puckers.
2. The Shocker: Open your eyes as wide as possible,
raising your eyebrows as well. Open your mouth wide and stretch your entire face outward. When you have
stretched it as far as possible, hold that position for 20 seconds. Then release and relax. Repeat 9-14
times.
3. Pouty Mouth: Relax your forehead and eyes. Close
your mouth and pull down the corners of your mouth and lips toward your chin, (making a pouty face). The
muscles in your neck should be flexed and rigid. Hold this position for 20 seconds and then relax.
Repeat 9-14 times
This trio of facial exercises is easy and totally safe to do every day. They
only take about 10-15 minutes to complete one set.
In order to help yourself remember to do them daily, you may want
to set a specific time for your natural face lift exercises. For example, you can set aside time when you
wake up in the morning, after brushing your teeth. Maybe for somebody to do it before bed time would be a better
option .
Natural beauty masks are also a great addition to your natural face lift routine
and often require very few, inexpensive ingredients. The majority of facial mask also only take about 15-20
minutes, including preparation, application, and leaving them on your face.
